Bagology specialises in made-to-order bags. Customers can select from standard designs or opt for bespoke, custom-made items.
Pricing & Payment:
Pricing varies per order based on customisation. Full payment is required upfront before production. Payment is via invoice under standard invoicing terms.
Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping (air or sea freight) is chosen and paid for by the customer. Production and shipping times are quoted at the time of order. Bagology is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.
Returns & Refunds:
Due to custom production, returns are only accepted if items are faulty or not as described. In such cases, we comply with Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property:
All Bagology designs and content are our property. We will not use customer designs or logos beyond the order without written permission.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Bagology is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our products or site.
