No. You can start with an idea, reference images, or a concept. We provide design and development support as part of the process. 

Yes. We assist with material selection, colour matching, and finish options to suit production and performance requirements. 

Production is handled through our experienced and trusted manufacturing partner in Xiamen, China. Bagology manages all communication, production coordination, and process oversight. 

 Yes. We support both small production runs and large-scale manufacturing. 

Yes. Sampling is an essential part of the production process and is used to refine design, materials, and construction before bulk production.  Multiple iterations are possible depending on project needs. 

Yes. Minimums vary based on materials, design complexity, and production methods. This will be discussed during your project assessment. 

Timelines depend on design complexity, sampling, materials, and production scheduling. Typical projects involve multiple stages which will be communicated in advance. 

Through specifications, production monitoring, quality checks, and pre-shipment inspections. 

Yes. We coordinate logistics and delivery direct to you as part of the production process.  

Pricing is based on design, materials, quantity, production complexity, and logistics. 

Yes. Costing is provided after project assessment and specifications are defined.  All quotes will include total costs from conception to delivery to your door.  

All costs will be provided in Australian Dollars (AUD).
